During verification, what do I need to provide to prove which parent I lived with the most?

We normally use residency (the parent you lived with the most) to determine whose information you should include on your verification worksheet (and FAFSA). If you lived with both parents for an equal amount of time we then look at cost of support like cell phone bill or vehicle insurance. The parent that pays greater than 50% of cost of support should be the parent on the FAFSA and the verification form.
