If you are considering changing your username, it is recommended that you do this over university breaks such as fall break or Christmas break as the time it takes to update for all resources can be up to 5 business days. Any resource you use your Ball State username and password to sign in with will be affected by the username change. In order to change your Ball State Computer username from the original one assigned you must call the Technology HelpDesk (765-285-1517) and request it be changed.
