What should I do if I am unable to access services like Canvas and myRider with my Easypass username and password?

Many Rider University services are EasyPass authenticated. If you would like to change your password for any EasyPass authenticated service then visit Change your password

If you are still having trouble, you may need to have your password reset. In this case, call the HelpDesk at (609) 219-3000 or submit a ticket to the Help Desk.
