While using XSHL, if blank screen appears, try the following:
- Please try to log-in to Datatel from another workstation
- If no problem logging in from another workstation, please re-install UI on your desktop or call the Helpdesk and submit a request to have the software reinstalled on the workstation.
- If same problem occurs from another workstation, call the HelpDesk and let us know this problem did occur while at another workstation.
If the problem continues, please submit a ticket to the Help Desk reporting your problem.
