My cell phone provided by Rider University does not hold charge. Any suggestion?

If the cell phone provided by Rider University is not holding charge, please submit a ticket by visiting the HelpDesk and provide the cell phone number and a campus extension where you can be reached.

You may also speak to a HelpDesk representative at (609) 219-3000 to report the problem and the ticket will be assigned to our Voice department.
