What should I do if I cannot access my voicemail?

If you are unable to login to your voicemail, please contact the HelpDesk at (609) 219-3000 and place a request to have the password reset.

You may also choose to visit the HelpDesk to submit a ticket. Please note that the passwords will only be reset to default during the business hours.

When submitting the request, please make note of the following:

  1. Include the extension of your phone that needs the password defaulted.
  2. Include an alternative  number  so that you can be informed upon resolution
