Full Service Technology Support, including Blackboard Support, is offered Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 7:00pm and 7:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays. The Technology HelpDesk utilizes a combination of full-time staff and student employees to provide technical support services. Technology assistance is handled via telephone, online web ticket, and online chat. After hours and weekend Blackboard Support is provided by Blackboard Students Services. This enables us to provide Blackboard Support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work closely with Blackboard Student Services to ensure that they are knowledgeable about Ball State specific issues.
Online web tickets are monitored and responded to during our Full Service Support hours.
An online knowledge base is provided and maintained so that you may find answers to your common support questions. The online knowledge base is regularly updated and constantly growing based on our clients' needs.
